Easter Pop-up Box Card with Sweet Sorbet Designer Paper from Stampin’ Up!

How do you make the most adorable Easter pop-up box card you’ve ever seen? You do it by combining three of my favorite things….

Stampin’ Up! DSP + Silhouette Cameo e-Cutter + Lori Whitlock Designs

I used the Sweet Sorbet Designer Series Paper from Stampin’ Up! to make this darling Easter pop-up box card. I absolutely LOVE this paper, it’s just beautiful and perfect for Easter, Mother’s Day, baby showers and more! I used Lori Whitlock’s Easter box card SVG file and my Silhouette Cameo e-cutter to cut and score all the pieces. So even though it looks complicated, it’s really simple to make! (Shhhhh!!! Don’t tell the people I’m sending it to, I want them to say, “WOW!!! I can’t believe you MADE this!!!” I don’t want them to know it’s easy!!! Haha!!!)

I modified the design slightly, first by adding a second strip of “grass” to the back panel, then adding a layer of the striped paper below the basket. Now that I’m looking at the photo, I think I’ll go back and add “grass” on both sides of the basket too, and maybe a few more eggs. I also added a long Whisper White strip on the back of the card to give me a place to stamp a greeting and to sign the card. If you don’t own an e-cutter, I believe that most of the designs from Lori Whitlock include the PDF file for hand cutting.

I don’t know about you, but the combination of Stampin’ Up! DSP + Silhouette Cameo e-Cutter + Lori Whitlock Designs really inspires my creativity!

  Thank you so much for your sweet comment. You definitely need to make these for your nieces and nephews. The first one was a bit “fiddly” because I had never made a box card before, but once I made it and understood the process, the second one went much more quickly! I think I’m going to try the print & cut technique and personalize the front of them for each of my nieces with “Happy Easter to *name*.
