Let’s be honest, I’m having a lot of TROUBLE with my New Year’s resolution to get fit. I signed up for the #ONEChallenge, which is 1,000 miles in 2016!!! What the heck was I thinking?!?!?! I’ve NEVER been an athletically active person!!! Couch potato is a much more accurate description!!!
Right now I’m WAY behind on my daily goals, so if I’m going to meet my January goals I really have to get motivated during the last week of the month!!! Actually, I’m diffusing “Motivation” right now….hoping it will help me get moving today!!!
