Desk Fidget Tool for School We made this project for the kids that attended the Autism Society of Southern Illinois Conference.  We added lava beads along with the decorative plastic beads on the pipe cleaners.  We then put drops of essential oils on the lava beads to add another dimension to the sensory experience.  We chose essential oils that are calming and relaxing!  My favorites for calming playtime are Lavender, Citrus Fresh, Stress Away or Peace & Calming.
