Saturday I woke up and it felt like spring: the sun was shining, the high for the day was 64 degrees, all was wonderful in the world…..then yesterday I woke up to 18 degrees and the world was covered in a sheet of ice.  Not nice Mother Nature!!! Today is my little sister Melba’s 40th birthday!!!  (I’m not quite sure how that is possible.  I was almost 14 when she was born and I’m sure that I’m not near old enough for my little sister to be 40 years old!!!) Celebrating  my Mother on World Card Making Day! Learn how I made the fabulous bow on her birthday present  and the Happy Birthday banner on the cake later in this post!
