Owl Builder Punch / Image (c) Stampin’ Up! I often wonder, is there anything more exhausting than sitting by a patient’s bedside at the hospital?!?!?! Okay, okay, sure, I guess it has been a LITTLE BIT harder on hubby, after all, he is the one who had major surgery for the second time in five months, but at least he’s getting the good drugs! Ha ha!!!Johnny’s surgeons, Dr. Shiraz Patel & Dr. Brian Kern, are FANTASTIC and the nurses here at Lourdes Hospital have been WONDERFUL.  My only complaint is that the Starbuck’s in the lobby closes at 1:00 pm and isn’t open on Sundays! Happy 40th Birthday Little Sister!!!

Today is my little sister Melba’s 40th birthday!!!  (I’m not quite sure how that is possible.  I was almost 14 when she was born and I’m sure that I’m not near old enough for my little sister to be 40 years old!!!)
