Last week, I hosted my 2nd Annual “I’m Dreaming of a PINK Christmas” event in honor of my beloved Mother, Louise Mileur, who is celebrating her 20th year as a Breast Cancer Survivor!!!   Unfortunately, she ended up being sick and wasn’t able to attend the event. My baby sister, Monique, is a Pre-K teacher at a really cool private school.  It’s one of the few schools left anywhere that lets their kids celebrate Halloween!  It’s not just the last half hour of the day in the classroom either, it’s the whole afternoon and the entire school is involved with all kinds of games and activities.  The local t.v. station comes every year to film their costume parade! FREE Festive Paper-Piercing Pack from Stampin’ Up!

Here are three cards that I’ve made using this set.  The first one is my favorite.  I love the shimmer of the Silver Glimmer paper and I think the pearls add an elegant touch.  I’ve used the Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder on the Very Vanilla background.  The sentiment is from Petite Pairs and it was punched out with the Modern Label punch. This stair-step card was inspired by Beth Rank’s design.  I made just a couple of minor changes.
